Seasoned Kitchen Cookware does not provide accept returns for a refund; however, if there are any manufacturer defects or quality issues, we would be glad to review and provide an even exchange (additional shipping not included).

How long does shipping take?

Unless noted as a backorder, orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary based on your location, but tracking information will be provided with your order confirmation.

How do I wash and maintain my cookware?

The Moin Moin Pro Kit is made of food-grade stainless steel. Only wash cookware that has cooled down to room temperature. You can use mild soapy water or a solution of equal parts vinegar and water to wash the kit. Dry with a non-abrasive microfiber cloth.
